How do you ensure fragile items don't break during shipping?
We use specialized double-walled boxes and eco-friendly shock-absorbent materials specifically designed for ceramics to ensure your tableware arrives in perfect condition.
Are your products dishwasher and microwave safe?
Most of our stoneware and porcelain items are microwave and dishwasher safe. However, items with gold or silver leaf accents and certain traditional lacquerware should be hand-washed only.
Where is your tableware manufactured?
All our products are authentically sourced from renowned pottery regions in Japan, including Arita, Mino, and Kutani, working directly with local artisans and kilns.
What is your return policy for damaged items?
If your order arrives damaged, please take a photo and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will provide a full refund or send a replacement at no additional cost.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship our Japanese tableware worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your specific location and order weight.
Why does my plate look slightly different from the website photo?
