At Japanese Tableware, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of our artisanal ceramics and dining sets. If your order doesn't meet your expectations, you may return eligible items in their original condition within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account or visit our returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack with Care

  Carefully wrap the tableware in its original protective packaging and boxing to prevent breakage during transit, as items damaged due to poor packing cannot be refunded.

  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items for quality assurance, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
